Sight Installation

Machine slide for Sight Dovetails, Supply and fit the following Sight Sets:

• Novak, all black set                                                                   
• Novak, with Tritium (3-Dot set or Bar-Dot set)                       
• Heinie, all black set                                                                   
• Heinie, with Tritium (Straight 8 set)                                          

Install Custom front sight:                                           

• Machine slide to accept Novak-spec front sight blank
• Regulate for height based on range test fire (ammo included)
• Roll pin to slide Serrate face at 40 LPI or 50 LPI
• Dehorn sight blade Blend sight base to slide
• Refinish sight (blued, IonBond, or Cerakote)

• As above, with Tritium vial                                                        
• As above, with Gold bead in desired diameter                      

Slide Modifications and Enhancements

Slide Top, Flats, and Spring Tunnel:

• Flatten and serrate top of slide (30, 40, or 50 LPI) 
  
• Flatten and serrate top of slide in CS2MC Pattern                           
• Flatten and serrate top of slide in 40 or 50 LPI Arrow Pattern                   
• Machine “French Border”                                                                                                                        
• Machine “Ball Cuts” above the slide’s spring tunnel                           

Ejection Port:

• Lower and Flare Ejection Port                                                             
• Live Round Ejection Relief at the front of the Ejection Port
  • With Lowering and Flaring Ejection Port                                   
  • Added to already lowered and flared port                                 
• Flare Ejection Port only                                                                       
  
• Lower Ejection Port only
